Encompass ran SipFest through 2015 and then passed it along to Rotary Club in 2016. The following year the festival was held in Railroad Park with a Winemakers Dinner at the Casino. SipFest was started by Encompass as the Sip of Snoqualmie in 2011 and was held in the Snoqualmie Casino ballroom.
